Behind the Shot.

In the tranquility of early morning atop Mount Blue Sky at Summit Lake, I embarked on a sunrise adventure. Rising before dawn, I made the one-hour drive to the lake, anticipating a burst of color in the sky. Although the clouds lacked vibrant hues, the soft, diffused light created a serene ambiance that I found quite appealing. The landscape unfolded with the beauty of high alpine wildflowers, adding a splash of color to the scene. A jagged peak Ridgeline stretched across the distant horizon, enhancing the rugged charm of the mountainous setting. It was a peaceful and contemplative moment, where the gentle morning light and the alpine landscape converged, creating a timeless and harmonious scene at Summit Lake.
