Behind the Shot.
As the sun dipped below the horizon during a private boat tour on Caddo Lake in the Texas and Louisiana swamps, I chanced upon a mesmerizing scene. A spacious expanse of the lake unfolded, adorned with majestic cypress trees standing in perfect alignment. Above, dramatic clouds painted the sky with hues of the setting sun. Opting for a wide-angle shot, I aimed to capture this enchanting moment, mirroring the grandeur above and below, the harmony of nature reflected in still waters.
