Behind the Shot.

In the enchanting embrace of Crested Butte, Colorado, the magic of summer unfolds in a symphony of colors and light. As the golden hour approached its crescendo, I positioned myself to capture the last dance of daylight. The sun, perched on the edge of the rugged ridge, cast its warm glow upon a magnificent mountain valley. In the foreground, an old and weathered tree stump stood as a silent witness to the passage of time. As the winding river meandered through the valley, its reflection mirrored the hues of the setting sun. The scene, bathed in the soft, warm light of the departing day, painted a portrait of summer's allure in Crested Butte, a moment frozen in time, capturing the essence of this magical place during its most captivating season.
